Sales of Livestock are not subject to return. Deposits for Livestock are non-refundable.

 

Shipping of equipment is subject to confirmation of your requirements. Shipping will be calculated for each delivery to the customers specified address.

Shipping is offered through multiple carriers to ensure the cheapest price and/or the delivery times meet your circumstances. We are able to currently ship items through Australia Post, TNT or Global Express.

 

Note: Livestock can not be shipped through these carriers.

Fertile eggs when available will be shipped through Express Post at a minimum. Overnight delivery through other carriers may be available. Delivery times vary depending on address and location.

 

Note: Please understand that postage of fertile eggs is at the customers own risk.

New Life Homestead has no control of the items after they leave our hands. Where possible it is safer to locally collect your fertile eggs from one of our collection points.

Our Poultry/Chickens are available for collection at multiple locations. Hamilton, Victoria is available by request at scheduled times only.

 

Assistance with transportation of livestock may be able to be provided. We are happy to reach out to contacts and ask questions for our loyal customers.
